Olicept Ingredients Explained
Five B vitamins are named with no amounts, so the bottle label is the only reliable answer.
Check the Supplement Facts before relying on any description.
The list
Sources name five ingredients: biotin, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride, folate and pantothenic acid as d-calcium pantothenate. No amounts are published for any of them, and no stimulants are listed.
What B vitamins do
They act as cofactors in energy metabolism and nerve function. A deficiency can affect energy and thinking, so benefit is most plausible for people who are actually low, and the main source itself says any effect is likely gradual and modest.
What does not add up
The marketing graphic claims a potent memory boost, increased acetylcholine, sustained dopamine and no synthetic additives. A five-vitamin label with unpublished amounts and synthetic-form ingredients does not match that wording.
Limits worth knowing
The adult upper limit for B6 is 100 mg a day and for synthetic folate 1,000 mcg a day. We cannot tell how close the product is because amounts are not shown.
